- Mash Bananas: In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the eggs and sugar to the mashed bananas, mixing until well combined.
- Add Flour: Gradually fold in the self-rising flour until just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour Batter: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
